All weapons are great in right hands.
Ofc some weapons has alot easier spray pattern / less recoil / easier to use overall.
What comes to ZP/BP weapons as competive guns, No. The regular weapons which are allowed in leagues at the moment are enough, and its fair for all.

m16a2 is a good gun but nowhere near OP.

Anyone in SNSD can destroy everyone with the m16a2 though, with the exception of sunny :]

M16A2 as a competitive gun.
