Can you guys please fix this? I don't want to buy if I can't even play.
Now, don't say this is all client side and that BS, it only started happening recently, when you patched to be exact. So this has nothing to do with me but now it's giving error reports like this:

and "255220-3."
I can't even play a single match it's gotten that bad, and worse yet this gives me a penalty, played 13 and aparently lost 13? 0 Kills for the day as apposed to 14 deaths. Please fix it. Thanks, acealeam.

When I had that, it was because of a virus that was messing around on my computer. It had latched onto Cross Fire, and was replicating while I was playing. After I deleted the virus [I recommend MalwareBytes], it worked completely fine.
Google MalwareBytes and download it, if you don't already have a decent scanner.
After deleting the virus and restarting, Cross Fire should work like regular. -
From what I know about the whole hacking tool detected the following could be causing the issue:
1) A file in your crossfire could have something wrong with it, reinstall as a possible solution.
2) Your connection is messing up and so you know the whole "Hack tool detected" message is just telling you Crossfire needs to close.
3) Unknown to myself.
I rarely get that error, so I apologize if I was unhelpful to solving your problem, also, before assuming it's an issue with Z8, reinstall first. -

I reinstalled crossfire and deleted Hi's android mod to be sure that wasn't causing any problems from me breaking something or whatever. When I had that, it was because of a virus that was messing around on my computer. Depends would you consider Trend Micro Titanium good? I have norton somewhere but I really can't find it. -

Malwarebytes is by far one of the best free anti viruses out at the moment. -
I repair computers in my free time and I would suggest installing and running Malwarebytes first. It's a tool that detects malware, basically just as mean as a virus but not detected by most antivirus programs. After that I would also suggest installing and running SUPERAntiSpyware. It will usually pick up the pieces that even Malwarebytes leaves behind.
Antivirus programs are great but they don't find and stop everything. Here's links to both....Just get the FREE versions as they work fine.
Malwarebytes: http://www.malwarebytes.org/
SUPERAntiSpyware: http://www.superantispyware.com/
Let me know if you need any other help. -

Did all that ran checks it deleted some spyware but Crossfire still isn't working. -
Fresh install of what? Crossfire? If so then yes I have but it's still not working.
yeah, but remove all of the old files for CF
when you uninstall it leaves some behind normally...?
also, what other programmes do you have running in the background?? -

I don't really get what your trying to say. I usually close everything before playing CF to get high FPS. -

Well it's 100% right now. I've played 22 games in total of today and yesterday and none of them worked.

This is not about a virus, its about your firewall and the anti-virus. I have avg and had this problems for a while, all I had to do was delete it and I haven't had that problem in a while, I rarely use an anti-virus and my computer is more than clean from any. Its not a virus... -

I'd rather not cancel my subscription. -
its because open Msn live in another computer with wi-fi or DSL connection
Test you when you running crossfire in another computer with wi-fi in you router open msn live and get Hack tool detected (1)(4.0)
Sorry, but I can't understand that lol.
