No license is a no go so go play on the Chinese version....

You can try one of the other CF clients that is closer to your region. This version only has a license for North America and the United Kingdom. They can not put servers anywhere else. Apologies.

Play Chinese version you should get a ping around the 100 maybe even better

Srsly not joking... your country is pretty close to china it's actually touch's china
and the servers in CF china are all over the country in different regions
When start CF china chose the servers that are green!
