HUGE bug/error in the crates very important please read/help. (GM's help if possible)
Okay, so I bought 11k ZP, and bought 1x10 ZP crates, since from what I've heard 10 ZP crates = 10 M4EBR crates, if you buy them one by one.
So, I bought 10 RPK Gold ZP crates, and when I was about to open them, I only had 1 RPK Gold crate, and 9 M4EBR crates right away. I really want an RPK gold, M4EBR is just 'meh' to me, but I wanted it because of the GP/Coupons.
Anyway, the RPK gold crates are nowhere to be seen, and from what I've read arround here, from this event if you bought 10ZP crates of any kind, you would keep the crates, and get 10 M4EBR crates gifted. Well, it wasn't my case. I even thought that you bought the RPK Gold crates, and then like a few hours later you would be gifted the M4EBR, it's weird that I got them 5 seconds after I bought the 10 RPK crates.
Anyway, if any GM is reading this, please help. Thanks.

my clan member saw M14 crate in GP slot,it replace the breatta slot.
n another one saw 200 M14 crates in his slot, he was so confuse. n ask me y ,he though Z8 gifted him lmao~~ -
So this isn't only me. This needs to be fixed.Same to me. I bought rpk gold crates too, spin, i spin, i spin = always 10 crates.then suddenly 0 crates, same gp, same coupons.
The thing that bugs me the most, is that I bought 10RPKG crates one by one, and got only 1, and 9 M4EBR's. I should have had 10 RPKG crates, and have the M4EBR crates gifted later. -
Guys if you really want the rpk gold I'd suggest you not to touch the crates. Get a screen shot of your zp history and your crate capsules. Then send in a ticket to zp for a full refund.
They give refunds out to people who "on accident" bought wrong items with zp, so i dont see why they wouldn't give you your refund.
