Arcanjo, 1 month 1 shoting hack and still playing

This guy i saw 1 shot killing everyone last month when he was sargent and he still playing today as a staff sergant and hes even in a clan.I just finished a game where hes still 1 shoting people and still that son of a b!tch is still not ban wtf Mods,Gm's,x trap or who ever is in charge of banning.Seriously,you just need to find this dude and he will be 1 shoting people blatantly.
