FYI delivery of the added items (for all events) usually takes between 2-6 hours depending on server traffic. It's possible it could take up to 24 hours but it's unlikely.
Anything beyond that should be consulted with our support staff at http://support.z8games.com.
And yes, you have to buy the crates 1 by 1 in order to count the 10 purchases (the system is tracking your zp purchases). -

Not entirely true, I bought 10 crates at once and got 10 free crates. My friend bought 20 crates at once and got 20 free crates. I dont think u need to buy them 1 by 1. If you do, you guys really need to elaborate on the event before people go wasting their zp thinking that they will get 10 free crates by buying 10 crates at once instead of 1 by 1. I bought 20+ more crates after i got my first free crates and havent received my free crates yet. That was over 24 hours ago. If 1 by 1 is the way it has to be then you should have said that on the main event page. What a waste of time and money...
