330 million people in america....(obviously more in North America). I personally think it's easier to be stupid than to be smart, so that being said...out of 330 Million people, it would be a lot easier to be stupid than to be smart, or be born with a mental handicap.

And you can't judge an entire nation based on a survey or w.e...

Aslong as you're not stupid, who cares?

You should not compare the US to any other country.

The US is the ONLY country that has education for every kid. K-12.
Any other country has education like that, but the lower leveled ones are kicked out/drop out before 8th grade. so you really shouldnt compare our country to another countries education level when they arent even alike. if we kicked all the dumb ass kids out of our school systems, we would be a higher rank, but no.

How bout we stop dissing the american education system and put forth ideas to fix it if you guys have such a big problem. Arguing about it only makes you dumber. Arguing about which idea is better to help the system makes you a leader.
