Help me as fast u can please
Hey people,
I have the biggest problem of my life. I did my account before 2 years. I forgot all, my e-mail adress and my secret answere, because i stop playing in a row because of the school. Now i started before 2 moths again. And i payed mutch. i would say 100k zp, nice weps from bm. BUT NOW IT COMES ! Someone found my account details out: PW and acount name !!!! I just mailed the Support, but the other guy deleted all... And i searched in the internet, that i can just show that this is my account. I have a few psc left from the days i bought them. On the homepage of the paysafecard u can find out where u pay with them and when and u can see the ip !!
What can i do. The guy who logs in my account, did my gp up to 200 and left my clan, kicked people and i cAN do NOTHING !!!!! He is still logging in and doing bull**** -,-
I Hope i will get nice solutions or i kill me-.-

mates u dont understand. I know the support can help me, but the fcking other guy delete it when i wrote it. And i hope one adim should read it.
And i tried all, but think of that, that i was a child when i did this account, im now 17, means when i did the account i was 15, how should i remeber what for a e-mail or answere i used... -

I was 16. I can remember my information. Its not that hard....
Again, only support can help you. No Admin here will. -

Oh great news! I was 12 when I created my acc!
I still remember everything, so why can't you remember your info?

u know how many e-mail adresses i did when i was 15, for anything i cant remeber. So dont say that u have still 50 e-mail adresse in ur brain >.< -

Yea, but if he's deleting your messages as fast as you can send them, maybe you can create an alternate account and send a ticket. Then, you can try to work things out with the support team to get these things worked out. Make sure you include all the information you know about the account including previous passwords, email addresses (although you dont know it :S), and possibly previous ign's.
Don't know if this helped you, but this is the approach I would take to it. -

There's software out there that generates random characters of passwords very quickly. If his password was made only of alphabetical letters; it probably only took about...eh roughly 10 minutes at the most. If his password has numbers and letters in it; it probably took around 1-3 hours. Now if his password has letters, numbers, and symbols in it, it would have taken around 3-10 hours.
(I'm not encouraging hacking with this statement) -
