Blue screen of death?
um after the patch a few friends of mine and i were on ventrilo and we were just playing in a game and this random guy from england or ip restricted parts of the country somewhere raged at us... so we banned him and (sorry i think there is a way to get back on vent after being ip banned... changing or resetting or covering/hiding) but he came back on and all blah blah so then at night about 20 - 30 minutes ago i got a blue screen of death but the weird thing is my friend who i was on with got one about 30 minutes before i did.... so what the hell is that?

I think you are having an issue called: Blue Screen.
