1. No one is gonna download a replay to see if he hack or not, he a br probably anyways.
2. Report it, don't post it. It saves alot of time.
3. Why do you even care if he gets banned or not, he a low rank acc and a br, he could simply make an alt and start again.
4. Takes more time to get someone banned than getting a patch in this game so this is pointless in my opinion.
