No, it won't. Btw the max FPS a human eye can see is 50, let's say a gamer's eye gets to MAX 100. So 200 FPS is useless unless you record or smthing

The more fps you have the Smoother your gameplay will be. The more ping you have, the harder it will be for your shots to register.

Not entirely true and I can provide proof. Say I play a 1v1 in UK server, my ping will be about 150-160 and my FPS will be right around 200. Now I can do the same in West and my ping will be 10-15 and my FPS will be right around 240. I can't tell you why this happens, but it does happen.

Perhaps. That very well could be, I'm just saying it seems ping does have (a very slight) effect on fps.
