M700 should be better...

Hi people of the Forums! Toady I just want to ask on ur opinion on a better M700. It would be considered a re-skin, but there are re-skins all the time! So why shouldn't the M700 get one?
Ideas:
Attachment Railing
Bipod attachment
Redefined look
Colors? I think Black looks the best on it
Mil-dot Scope
Stats:
Most of its stats are already good for it, only thing that should be different is the power. This M700 should be able to make one shot kills.
Name: It doesn't have to be M700 again, it can have a new name for itself.
R700
M700P (Police)
M700SPS
M700PSS
Those who think the M700 is a hunting rifle, it is. But, FYI, Hunting rifles were the start of sniper rifles.

More stable and suppressed is all I would like to see in a M700.

A silenced m700 would be godly. No 1 hit kill. 10 ammo and 1 hit kill, mhm kinda OP. Just give it a silencer a awesum look and make it a coupon temp 25 coupons 90 days or sommething.. or 15?

Why not there are many re-skins for one weapon. The AWM has at least 3+ re-skins, M4A1 has a few, too. Why not give the M700 a re-skin, Z8 does it anyway?

M700 should be better...
