Well, another way to look at it is that you signed a contract variable to change at the want of Z8.
They reserve all rights to ban/kick people of their game/product without hesitation, or need of a given reason.
The main point though is that, you signed the ToS which can change at any time, for any reason and you will still be bound to follow what it states even if it states you are no longer eligible to continue playing their product.
Plus, this is a free game, you were not ripped off and any purchase of zp, unless I've remembered incorrectly, works like donating you don't get that money back. Also, with the purchase of zp you do receive a service so it isn't fraud or anything like that.
Also, this is a private game so I'm not sure if law trumphs it, at least here in America anyway -_- -

When you signed up to an account, you agreed that Z8Games can do whatever they want to the accounts since they still own it, not you. You have no legal right over the account. They can also change the ToS whenever they want and however they want after giving notice and having you agree to it. If you dont then you can leave.
In addition, you are paying for ZP, not the right to play the game. When you are not recieving your ZP after you are paid, then you can complain about legal rights.
Lets say that owning the account gave you rights to play the game. If you are not from the countries that the game is licensed to then you have zero say at all. That would be like me going to your country, and applying to a job you applied for. Would you be happy if I was taken priority of instead of you? A foreigner over a native to the country that deserves it more.
This is somewhat of the same principle. The game was made for NA, Canada and the UK. The needs and happiness while playing the game comes before the other players from other countries.
Finally, your accounts arent being banned. You are still able to play the game. You just cant make accounts anymore after the update. So do not cheat. Do not be tempted. You WILL be caught. I can guarentee it.
I cant stres enough that you agreed that Z8Games/G4Box own the accounts. They own your account and they own my account and it clearly says they can terminate it for whatever reason they deem fit. It is not illegal in the slightest. -

Strange. when there was discussion on banning or not, a nationality, you guys (mods), asserted that the CFNA, was only based in North America. What was open to all who wanted to play. That was an international game!!

No this is CF for NA, Canada and UK. It always has been. Noone else should really have played this version if they werent from these countries. It was never a rule but common courtasy should tell you that this wasnt made for you at the very least not get attached to this version.
Its not an international game... There were no plans to restrict anyone... but when the majority of players are over 200 ping.. something is wrong. And you cannot disagree with me. -

So many here are right. Better to ban all those who are not in these regions. Because high pings will still exist. Mine is 120.
I'm not exaggerating. Not being dramatic. Instead, I play decently. And I think right, to restrict many accounts (because of hackers). But the way it is being conducted, is sounding wrong.

They exist. Back when CF was mainly filled with NA players we had a lot of hacks...but for some reason we didn't complain. We laughed and kept playing. But when others came we started to cry and cry.

Funny I made this same case for it being NA only and IP restricting other areas 6 months ago and one of the mods(I won't say who) called me a racist redneck basically. Glad z8 finally realized how bad the situation they created truly was. Sadly unless a fair amount of these 200 pingers get banned it won't change anything, still servers full of 200 plus pingers lagging cursing at me in other languages, and my favorite kicking me for my LOW ping. No thx, I'll check back when you guys finally realize anything short of a PING RESTRICTED server for only NA is the only thing that will save this game in north america. -
I love how the mods are changing the sotry at firtst when ppl suggested bannnig them or ip restriction they were like no this is cf international and its racist blah blah and a bunch of bullsh.it now that saidin anounced this there like this was made for NA blah blah ye nice job

anyways, i'm prob not going to play any game much, i'm going to migrate towards another games >.>
i definitely like this game, but some problems make me basically raaaage at the screen, so, i'm going to play other things, like p2p games, rpg's even flash games will do the job while i wait and see how this will end up .-. -

Im with you on that one.. They have been defending these guys long enough. Its about time Z8 starting doing what its gamers want. Now everyone is like cool. I been asking and many more have been for along time.... About time Z8.... someone has been listening.. -

Actually I would put money on the fact it had nothing to do w/ people tired of br invaders and everything to do w/ the fact that br invaders wouldn't stop using the public hacks. When you **** in the eye of the person who's services you are using don't be suprised if they blink and thats exactly what happened, they got tired of dealing w/ wave after wave of public hacks that apparently WAS affecting their profits so they did the only thing they could to control the problem, BAN THE SOURCE.
