Everyone's on a level playing field with a console, I suppose there's not so many excuses one could make as far as "ugh you have better hardware than me" is concerned.
Last LAN I was at, in the center of country, the console section was practically dead, CoD4 being the only decently competed game. -

Blackops is the Number One played game at LAN's. Only actual traveling League ever other than the cod4 pcl is for Blackops.. so. Cod4 isn't even on the circuit anymore. -

Which is a crime, BO is terrible without the support of promod. It was only promised to be here last December, im sure it's still being worked on lol. Maybe then it would be a successful E-Sport.

More money in console. People are more chill on console as well. Considering that console gamers make a living off of gaming and PC gamers make 500$, not including the Europeans. BO is not a PC game competitively in my eyes, just console. -

CoD4 on XBox 360 in particular was busy as hell.
Still not half as busy as PC version though.
