Go to internet options/tools up at the top of ur browser. Should say "delete private data" Make sure cache is checked and click delete.

hmm its still like that. Theres a big black bar in the middle and the game has a strip on the left and a strip on the right. I think ill uninstall and redownload it. Does it matter which mirror i use ?
