Cannot create clan?

for some reason when i attempt to create a clan, it keeps telling me to login. I log in, click on "create-a-clan" and enter all the necessary details, and click submit. Does this have to do with the maintenance on the site? Is there anyone else having problems similar to mine? Please reply promptly, thankyou.
