Cannot create clan?

for some reason when i attempt to create a clan, it keeps telling me to login. I log in, click on "create-a-clan" and enter all the necessary details, and click submit. Then it tells me to LOG IN again!!! i attempted this about 8 times...about half of the times it brought me to this search engine http://findquest.net/?Keywords=forum.subagames.com%2Floginshort.php%3Fuser%3DuLu4qq5nprOoxZrCwb1quKU%3d%26from%3D

Does this have to do with the maintenance on the site? Is there anyone else having problems similar to mine? Please reply promptly, thankyou.

logout then close your browser open the internet load the z8games.com then log in then go to the clan section and try creating a clan
