Xm8 vs G36k

As the title suggests. Which one is better? By the way i bought the Xm8.
From my thoughts, its good for any range, good for wall shots, good for spraying, and awesome for sniping.

Xm8 - keep it

The g36k has more recoil & it's only minimally stronger. Xm8 is 'ok' for spraying but it really shines when bursting or shooting single shots.

G36K - Most accurate rifle. (It´s German, duh!)

XM8 - Less recoil, higher RoF, faster reload.

Both have 100% Wallbang.

Personal preference: G36K because of the accuracy, nothing else matters if the first shots hit.

G36k is great damage and great speed.
Just gotta learn to use it.

xm8? pffffft.... nubbies gun.

G36K has an outstanding ROF for a rifle, making it on par with SMGs, but also handicapping it on longer ranges. For me, it's just too much of a job to use it on sniper ranges (impossible without it's scope for me =/). Now the XM8, is more like an assault rifle and behaves so. It's ROF is slower, and recoil somewhat more controllable. XM8 also has an insane cooldown time, making it very practical for bursts.

Isn't the K variant the SMG version?

It's not. It's a shortened carbine. Even if it does behaves like a shorter and compact version of the G36, it stays a carbine. Pretty much like an M4 isn't an SMG because it's a shorter variant of the M16.

I found the XM8 to be a scar with 100% wallbang and a better sound.

G36k

I think the XM8 is much nicer than G36K
why?
because XM8 fairly large damage,and also seems to better scope for headshot

G36K is the more fun and challenging gun to use, bullets do seem to evaporate though.
XM8 is easy mode.

xm8 for sure..xm8.adv is way better accurate and u can spray ,long range , and great wall shot

It's ROF is the thing wich kills it. It's got a pretty decent recoil, and often you have to use the scope just lower it's insane ROF with makes it's recoil go crazy. GG.

I prefer the XM8 although I really like the g3ek, a bit underrated if you ask me.

buy G36 then keep spinning those xm8 adv crates.. thats what i did, as a rule i dont buy guns that i can get a beter version of in the GP GM
