Makes hella more sense than 20th century for some reason started year 1900.
You have to understand how it works, it's like age. I'm currently in my 30th year of age, when it is completed, I will be 30 years old and commencing my 31st year.
We are currently in the 21st Century, up until 2100. -

Had problems typing last night and fell asleep as I was only crums... regenerated over night though.
And errr idk. Sounds weird. Maybe he was kidding? I think he's belgian too but unless he wants to pay the train and live something really complicated...
