what does hacking have to do with the ping?I really thing that Ping limited server would solve alots of Raging and Hacking problems that are in the game.
It's the cheapest and easiest solution for z8games, G4box or for anyone who is in charge over CrossFire.

what does hacking have to do with the ping?
I'm just going to repost what I've said in another thread.Off topic: So this is your forum name, I often wondered.
On topic: Before we can make a solution to the hacking problem we must first understand why people hack in the first place. The three most common reasons I can think of for a person to hack are.
1. Wants to win no matter what.
2. Thinks or sees alot of other people doing it and does it to even the odds.
3. Just wants to have fun and make people Angry.
Next which group has the highest percent of hackers? In the NA servers its SA players.
So why do so many SA players resort to hacking? The root cause is a mix of there PING and lack of sportsmanship.
A player with 150+ is at a massive disadvantage, They receive game info later then other players and it takes longer to send info. Add to the fact that most of them are children who can't stand losing its no wonder most of them resort to hacking.
Children usually want to win games and high ping makes that hard.
Children don't usually understand how a online games works so can't understand why the players they shoot won't die.
Children are more likely to enjoy making people angry.
So they want to win but are unable too, so they resort to hacking.
They don't understand why other players don't die when it looks like too them they took a whole clip of bullets so they think the other players are hacking, thus use hacks to even the odds.
And any troll will tell you how fun it is too see other players react to any form of trolling.
So with that out of the way, whats the best way to reduce the hacking?
My suggestion would be to make Ping limited servers.
In short, high ping players have more reason to hack then low ping players, so we see more high ping hackers then low pings -
In the past 3 months I've reported 152 clear hackers (speeders, 1 hitters, aimbots, shooting through the walls, ect...) and of those 152, 135 had pings above 150, 13 had pings between 100-150, and only 4 were below 100 ping.
I have no way of knowing how many players use the see through walls hacks or chams because of how hard they are to prove but the easy to confirm hacks are mostly high pingers.

May i ask you a question as your the leader of your clan?
Are you an international clan? and if yes, do you have friends who live the opposite side of the ocean?
And ask yourself, if the ping is limited, Will you be able to play with your clan-mates and friends on the other side?

Everyone in my clan are from Europe, I do not play with 150+ pingers or allow in the clan Because they cant CW with us in UK clan server properly. -
What about ping spikes?
I usually have 40-80 ping but on the past few days I have been ping spiking quite often, altough I barely notice it because it lasts like 1 second it still would be a problem, would you disconect every time you ping spiked?
Like Carlito said once before, that's not cool. -
You thought of something like a filter. As I understand you want to play in a low ping server as a boss. But another players (for example, me) must play in high ping server with hackers. It is not a solution of the problem. You want to take away yourself from the problem. Something like this - I don't see hackers anymore, I will never have any game with them, but I don't care what about you, how are you (= fck you). But why must I play with hackers, but you must not? We both will play with them or no one will.

If you join the server with 40ping and in game it goes to 200 you can still be in there.

I'd have it so you only get kicked from the room after about 5 or more seconds of 120+ ping so only the worst spikes will trigger it. (and if you spike that bad you'll most likely DC anyways.) -
