as far as the error goes, i can't help you but i can for the ribbon. ribbons may take from 24-48 hours to be displayed on your profile page which is updated once a day. please wait another 7:30 hours and then check again. if it's not there, feel free to send in a support ticket

oh well then i'm unfortunately no help to you.... and for the ribbon, i doubt you will be able to obtain it as i had a similar problem when the hero mode patch was launched. not accomplishing the daily objective is now holding you back from obtaining the ribbon.
