Well you see, here's the problem... BP is free. So they have no real reason to add items to the BP mall.. That's why it's so empty, and filled with useless items(Of course, the M16A2 is not useless).
yeah exactly, they have little incentive to add something permanent for bp.
Maybe add that rent wide grenade idea I talked about so people actually buy zp just for the bp. -

BP is not free, we pay for the ZP and BP. Just like in real life: Buy 1 get 1 free, but you actually paid for two. -

BP is free. You do not directly pay money to get BP, so it is considered free. You can also get BP through survey ZP.
THe other guy is actually right. It isn't free.
To get a m4 s you would need to buy 90k zp to get it. You may think it's free but you wouldn't have gotten it otherwise without spending first.
Just a bit of economics and psychology at play here. -

I want a BP melee weapon like an overpowered dual-butterknife with a throwing attack as it's special attack (right-click)
You can only use the special attack once because "balance" comes into this whole equation blah blah blah whatever it is i'm getting at. -

Okay here you are confusing a few things. You think the bp was "free" since you did surveys for them, as I do the same for my zp. Using the same logic, the ZP you got was also "free" but did it really cost nothing? You took surveys which give zp at the cost of your time. They in turn pay z8 for that zp given. -

Well anyways, I will consider it free due to the fact that they could have easily made more money by making all the BP things into ZP.
Sure they could have done that but think about it in a different away.
Anyone new here who starts buying zp with nothing that they will be close to getting one of those permanent bp weapons. These are relatively easy to get, just buy and buy until you get there unlike the zp crates which almost always dont pay out. This gives incentive for those types of people to buy and buy to get those "free" bp weapons, which would be a bit less than 200k zp.
Once a person spent at that much on a "free" game then they could justify it easier spending future money on this game, but this is getting way to ahead of marketing. -

I don't know, I still feel that the sheer amount of people who just buy ZP for more ZP items, would outweigh the amount of people who would buy due to the fact they can get the "free" BP weapons. Since there has never been the ability to only buy BP, I'll just stand firm to what I think. It's just a matter of opinion I guess.
