hitbox errors

I don't understand why, but for some reason I can aim at someone's face then click, see blood and they don't die. They kill me then I find out that it only did 1 hit to the body. Can anyone tell me if this is happened before or not because It's aggravates me to no end when I'm sniping someone with my xm8 and i hardly ever get any headshots

well i tried that, but it's with everyone i play with. I spray their face off then either i get several bullets to hit but it's hitting their body or they just don't take damage at all despite the fact there's a wallpapering of blood behind them

Its also possible that YOU are the one lagging.

How would FPS affect the tank effect? I mean I kinda get how if you fired and your fps was bad and he wasn't standing there. But It wouldn't show the blood effect would it?

my ping in the alpha-delta servers (Haven't tried froxtrot and echo yet because of lack of people from time to time) is 98-106. my ping in america west and south servers are both 17-30. Average FPS is between 35-50
