had to reformat hard drive. need help

i had to wipe my hd cuz of malware... lost everything... now cf runs at like 20 fps... need ..... help....

imagine me saying that while gasping for air. lol seriously guys i cant get the FPS back up, its normally about 60. any suggestions?

Hilarious. I wonder what was on your hardrive. Also, videogame withdrawal must be harsh.
