double click on the .zip and move the file inside to C:\Program Files\Z8Games\CrossFire\rez

You need Winrar. And if you dont know what it is, its a program that unzips files with and extension of rar. So... heres the download link:

Players who dont have winzip can never play crossfire aggain? I dont have it why dous cf fcking patch now i cant ever play becouse server maintenance hgwc, i cant download i dont have winzip or other download things!

if you don't have something that opens .zip files you don't have windows.

just double click on .zip file once you've downloaded it. it'll open with explorer and you'll be able to follow the steps shown in the picture.
