FYI, there is no need to worry care what ur honor is because you will often find urself leaving a game prematurely because of the hackers, or u just may be DC for no reason.

So don't worry about honor because it's a lie!

Everyone's already answered what desertions and honor is, but they honestly don't matter.

should just get rid of honor and desertion altogether
so far the solutions to our problems = getting rid of the hacks/hackers
what if we just reverse this? lets make it more "bearable" for our CF players to leave the game with no regrets [as in bad honor and w.e] ?
i mean if a team just rage quits, whats there for the hacker to kill? not the best source of solution but hey? if u just got rid of the honor stuff, no one would care about leaving a game that was legitly hacked. and to add on, why not just get rid of exp/gp earned when a game is ended early? that way it fixes a lot of unbalanced teams and hackers on a team.
again im saying this when i know it doesnt solve the problem [but at least it buys time for patches] and its as if we're "choking" the hackers. u hack? no one finishes a game. [and if some ****** does get smart and starts to hack at last round[gm snd mm etc], at least its only 1 death for us players right?] not to mention its easier for us to finish a game and get the recorded file when its last round
