    But parents don't always know what's going on. Sometimes people get money other ways, pick whatever option you like. Then they waste it, and to some degree CF encourages that. At this, point the argument is just dumb, with same points going back and forth between Giggle and others. Time for me to leave.

    Yes, ZP =/= real money, but real money pays for ZP. If 20k ZP costs $20 CAD, then 20k ZP = $20. It's like you're converting real currency into virtual currency. Yes yes yes, surveys, blah, blah, blah, can get you free ZP and stuff, but there are survey providers that pay you real money too.

    Buying crates are worst than buying booster packs for collectible/trading card games. At least you actually own the cards afterwards, and can sell the ones you don't need for profit.

    True, but in the end it comes back to it not being Z8's fault that someone is dumb enough to spend all their money on a game. Nowhere have they guarenteed you will win if you spend x amount on ZP.

    Its luck, not fraud or whatever people like to call it.

    Short story... Money =/= ZP. Therefore, not gambling with real money.. therefore... not illegal. + Try and sue Z8 for damages from the Black Market and see how far you go.
