Guyz its not any virus problem me and 5 of my friends have the same problem we all tried to join at 11.30 morning (Greece time) and we all get this error its not our problem but maybe they are paching or something like that ....

Problem With Patch !?!?

I have the same problem like the others with the error i have to try to reinstall crossfire and install .. everything works.. than i want to patch and there is the problem " failed to patch crossfire " ..
i dont know wha i have to do know ..
ok then i restart pc and now it works and the problem begins from before
file is changed ..
i dont know now

it might also be the maintenance since z8 are doing a new patch for Crossfire >_> just have patience

I have the same problem. And previously before this popped it kept saying cant connect to server. The patch still has another hour to go, just wait it out and try later, the patch should be over by 7am EST Us time which is 1.5 hours away. I would try to load it up again in 2.5 hours and if you fail at it then, it is def your comp or crossfire files. Hope this helps.

oh thanks, i already think "damn no aaaaaagain virus" i just repair windovs 7 day ago :S and buy new antivirus. im sou hapy to see this theme.

had same problem, uninstall install and do whatever, BUT

NOW WORKS !!! NEW PATCH IS ONLINE !!! JUST WAIT AND IT WILL UPDATE AND WORKS !!!
