I cant play crossfire please help me!!!!!!!!!

I cant play Cross Fire.When I click play it starts to load , then it does everything like normal by loading XTRAP then after XTRAP has finished loading or whatever it does then HGW starts to load.When HGW gets to step 10 it goes away like usually , but this time after it goes away CrossFire doesnt pop up to load for me to sign in and start playing.
PLEASE HELP ME I WANT TO PLAY BUT I DONT KNOW WHATS WRONG.
