You only see the obvious cases of us "foreigners" and I bet that you wouldnt notice that I am german if I would join a room.

What appears is that these Brazilian players, as are most of the rooms, they then put them as standard ping. Thus, any player, it shall be treated as a nuisance. Actually it's the opposite of what you say here. You want them to leave because he has high ping. They want you to leave because they have low ping. Sounds like a comedy.
My ping is 160 on average. I think sucks. I know it sucks. I'm trying to improve it. But it takes a while with the money I have at the moment. -

)Having high ping is far harder to play with, you may get an occasional lag shot from them. But for the most part almost every shot they fire doesn't reg if you keep moving. Saying they have an advantage is ridicules. Yes they have delay, which means you'll always reg first, and if you're moving most the time the server won't reg there hit's because the player isn't really where they're shooting. I've played with 200+, it's far more difficult, with my 50 ping I have zero trouble getting my shots to reg.
EVERY other complaint you have are not just foreigners. Every country has players that are stubborn, ignorant, and/or hack. The only reason foreigners are more, is because there literally is more of them... America is one part, then you have for example, australia, and brazil. Two to one, of course they're more of them, and those aren't the only other two... Why on earth would you think, 1 > 1 + 1....
Alright, I'd like start off by pointing out a slight misconception. Ping itself does not cause "lag" or "teleporting", but rather how large the fluctuation is from your standard ping to where you are now.
For example, if I were to play with 100 ping (as I do on occasion unfortunately), I would be teleporting and my shots would rarely be registering. 100 ping is no where near "lag", yet it is ridiculously intolerable for me. Why is this so? Well, my ping is naturally 15 (give or take), so a ping of 100 would be roughly 7 times what it should be. This would be the equivalent (roughly) of someone with 50 ping playing at 350.
To put it in simple terms, this happens because data transfer between my computer (in this case) and the server is instable. Some packets of information will be arriving in the standard 15 milliseconds that is appropriate for the distance between point a and b, but other packets will take longer due to oversaturated broadband, bad wifi or countless other reasons. The server sees packet a dictating a location of x,y,z, but packet b may not contain linear information and thus teleportation or "tanking" occurs. It is for this reason that you see some people all over the place with 200 ping, and others playing just fine. When I play UK server with 120 ping for example, I have little to no trouble registering, lagging etc.
That said, complaining about "laggers" is completely useless. While I understand how you feel, there is no pros or cons (well, very little) in lower or higher ping. If someone seems laggy to you, chances are very high you seem laggy to him as well and any reg troubles are suffered by both parties. Language barriers will always exist, and while I was raised to speak the language everyone understands in the room out of respect for the people in there (which ever language it may be), I can't really knock at them if they never learned the language to begin with. -

ikr? I have to admit, I've cried lag myself, but almost always it really was me just failing. And I know you weren't arguing with me, I just threw that last statement in there because I really am done trying to argue with anyone about it, I've made my opinion clear. -

I really hate when people discriminate Brs (like me) Just because of theyr high ping (mine is like 160-200) It seems that we are guilty of having a high ping... South America internet just sucks. Some comments like "Br - Born retar.ded" or, "Brs should go back to Africa" or even those insulting Colombians really annoy me. (Yush, dear playerz, I hear LOTS of those insults) Well, that doesnt matter. All I wanna say is that they don't really care about us.

I agree lag sucks and why on earth they play makes no sense to me, but if you're not trying to take away their ability to play then I don't see why you're debating, or what you're debating for that matter...

PING CAP A FKN SERVER ALREADY.
God Z8 your making me ****ing hate all foreign people.
Almost every single ****ing hak I see in this game has a ping above 160.
If you'd just ****ing ping cap a single ****ing server we wouldn't have to deal with this speedhakn walling one hit bull****.
Not to mention if you people put a MOD in the ping capped server it would be virtually hak free since most players with US ping don't ****ing hack.
It's so ****ing simple, goddamnit.
Yeah all the diplomacy in this thread is cute, but I'm so ****ing right it blows my mind.
