When you ban someones account permanently

Ok so when you ban someone permanently you should change IGNs to (examples : Permban123 or Ban123) just like when you change IGNs for inappropriate or offensive language.

yeh that's from 2009. wiping the account is a new measure.

CF use to have a black list of ban ppl, but something happen to it and it never came back.

Nothing happened to it, they just simply removed it.

If the accounts are left dormitory after being permanent banned, the accounts are deleted. Even so, if the names are changed, the account name would still be in the server, and you wouldn't be able to change your name to it.
