FPS Lagg Please help!!

My fps starts off at 120-200 and after 5 minuets of playing it drops all the way down to 11-20 fps. It keeps on repeating over and over and i really would like some help.

Hard Drive: 640GB

Memory: 4GB DDR3

Windows 7

NAVIDA GeForce 92000

Please help.

I had it to.
Normaly it hapens when somthing in ur pc goes to 100% CPU usage. but i couldnt see anuthing on my task

After long looking on google i found this.
This brings up all ur tasks and procces so u can see what program is running so hard.
With me it was WMPSHARE.exe
