Why do not you report?

You can only submit one report per ONE player... So you would need to upload the same replay TWICE in TWO different reports.

And please do not post the information regarding your hack report, as it is a hackusation on the forums, and could lead to an infraction.

When anyone reports any hacker the status is always getting closed and deleted.

No. What it means is that your submission of the hacking report automatically gets closed, for their own bureacratic reasons; and for another reason, so that you do not need to keep on spamming their system with the same report over and over.

It only takes on ACTUAL PROVEN instance of hacking to receive a ban, so sending in ONE ticket for ONE hacker is usually enough.

If you have other replays in the future of the same hacker, then submit those, as that hacker builds up his "reputation" or like his "file grows in size" that the evidence is clear that he is hacking and needs to be punished.

Also other people reporting the same hacker gives way to that hacker being punished.

No. Don't give up, as I said in my other post, the OP just wanted to know if he could have sent a hack report for two players, which he could not; one report per accused player.
