GM Saidin is not the only person who can see your ticket. There is an entire support team too. As S-N-I-P-E-S said, be patient.

Be patient, also check up on your tickets to see if there are any responses or it was closed.

If it still hasn't been responded please wait 7 days before trying again or a different method.
