HGW not responding

I formated my PC, I installed Crossfire last patch and when i start the Crossfire, all works perfect but when the HGW starts and load to 93% disappear and nothing happens. I reinstalled game about 20 times, I uninstall my antyvirus, I start it on emergency system, I set it on Windows 2000 (service Pack 2.0), I open all ports for crossfire, so please HELP ME
