7 day weapons malfunction without used...

14 days ago i bought a crate and won SG552, played 2 rounds with it (TDM) and then it got malfunction. I didn't react because i know mistakes happens.
A friend told me that he got the same problem with a weapon and we talked about it.
NOW MY SCAR LIGHT 7 DAYS DID IT TOO, SO NOW I NEED AN EXPLAIN PLEASE.

Any suggestions? else please fix it z8games.
