Connection has been delayed

Ive played today 2 matches with no problem. After that i got this error Connection has been delayed, and i got dropped from all games where i joined. What can i do?

Probably just bad connection..
Happened 2 me today also..
Will fix itself 4 sure..
Check again in few hrs..Should be all ok..
Also dc yr net 4 some time(until u come try play again)

i cant play crossfire because of that problem

I can play ghost and elimination but my crossfire loads s and d and tdm it stops loading the bar at the tip and i w8 10minutes and it is still stuck there loading =*(. wat do i do
