REPORTING account stealer!
Today while i was playing CF with my brother a player with the in game name DeathBathrom tried to steal my brother account and my own account. I have a picture as proof. Can a MOD or a GM ban this account stealer? And i have a question too. If you ban this user will he be banned for 7 days or permanent?

For what other reason would he ask for the OP's info?
It is debatable, and I understand what you imply. But without evidence of him actually stealing accounts, there is no indisputable evidence to ban him.
If of course I understand Z8's policy about that. -

Maybe giving that thing a 7 day ban would stop it from trying to steal account(s). -
Of course he is , but exactly what rule has he broke, he has asked the guy for his account details !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.... if i ask you for your bank details does that mean i have broke the law, there are lots of noobs who constantly spam me askin to swap accounts or buy my account, its simple, just say NO to them an they go away an try someone else till they find someone stupid enough to hand there acc details over..... these guys really annoy me but you can't ban them just for asking, if i'm wrong then MODS please correct me !..

1. That's quite playing with the rules, in this case I'm pretty sure we enter a gray zone if it implicates someone just wanting to buy ZP to another person. I know about it, I already did it for some people, please Z8 don't ban me!
2. YES I KNOW! But still, you can't sue someone just because he asked you personal information, at the most you can pass that as harassment. In the end he might get what, a restraining order? -

I don't think askin someone for there account details is against the rules lol, you can't ban ppl for askin , ban the stupid ppl who then give there details out and QQ there acc been stole !!!!

I'm pretty sure Z8 has the same stance as I do regarding potential scammers, like it or not. You don't have to agree with them. Plus who said he was a BR?1. That's why there are gifting options, so you don't have to do what you did.
2. You can't compare the real world with CF.
1. Gifting only works with prepaid cards.
2. Real world laws do influence in-game policies. -

1. There are many options to do it, I highly doubt getting into your friend's account was the only way.
2. Real World = You kill 1 person, you go to jail.
CF = You kill 1 person, you earn GP and EXP
Real World =/= CF -

1. I'm also pretty sure they won't, however these are 2 different scenarios that can't be compared.
2. Exaclty my point, they will interpret those policies however they want since they made them, is not up to us how to punish rule breakers. -

After that, it is just the waiting game, and you should allow this thread to die, as the forum cant do anything about this.
We cannot ostracize the "stealer", and all we will do is probably argue the "intent" of the "stealer", to which I have to say that conspiracy can be used to argue intent. As stated with United States vs. Shabani, conspiracy is a criminal offense under common law.
