How to record cf?

I want to record good quality video from crossfire but Fraps and xfire comes out bad anyone know how to Record good quality?
Also i wanna use the video with Sony Vegas

? Any help on that 2??????

Because when i add it to vegas the quality comes out bad i would like to know how to make it better plz help ;(

Get growler ans set it at 20 fps.. set the resolution to record at the same res you use IN GAME... Read that twice if you have to. It will look choppy untill you export to avi.

Also with sony vegas, I use sony vegas HD. on top there is a preview box and if you select best it will look better. also you have to select the correct properties in detail for the res of the vid when you hit new project..

ALSO IT BE BETTER TO BUY A GRAPHICS CARD
