Cannot Purcahse Z8 Points?

Hey Guys

I'm having this problem when I can't purchase Z8 Points via Phone

It says when I try to buy Z8 Points: "You have to be Level 21 in any RPG game or Level 6 in Crossfire"

Well I am Sergeant 2 and thats just after "Level 6" or Sergeant 1

I still cannot buy Z8 Points and I want too so can anyone help?

Trainee 1: Level 1
Trainee 2: Level 2
Private: Level 3
PFC: Level 4
Corporal: Level 5
Sergeant 1: Level 6

My in-game name is Krizeon so search me up and see

Z8 points by phone are horribly expensive anyway. :L

If you became Sergeant 2 today, wait 24 hours and retry to buy.

via Phone isn't the best way to buy ZP. The notice you got is basically a bug. There should be no reason for this to pop-up since you are Level 6. If you still have trouble with this, contact the service that is hosting it, do NOT contact z8games, which it has no responsibility of your payments via phone.
