I'm waiting for an email from Z8games. It's been a week my mail is sent anka128@wp.pl a request to support but it is still open, I wanted to appoint lieutenants in my clan but I do not remember the security question anwser.
Please help.

  • Please update your ticket by adding a note to it.

    Go to the support site. Click on contact history. Then view details on the specific ticket. Then in the text box some more information about the problem.
  • yes, but I've heard about the problem with the Polish e-mails supposedly from the Z8 mails to them do not come
  • The ticket isn't an email. It is an in-site system that communicates your account to support.

    And if it is the case that they sent an email, check your spam folder.

    And did you notify them of this so-called problem with Polish emails?
  • Kaperek, na polskie maile informacje od Z8 nie dochodza wiec mozesz czekac nawet pol roku... Musisz zmienic email na :gmail, Yahhomail, hotmail, wtedy dojdzie.

    Can you help me with this ?

    I can change my E-mail with the sequrity answer to my account.
    BUT, when I'm trying to leave a clan and put someone else as LT or leader,
    IT DOES NOT WORK!!!

    Do you have any idea of what might be the problem ?

    PS: Don't answer me "You problaby typed wrong, try again",
    because I have double checked it at least 40 times and even
    copied the sequrity answer from my registration e-mail,
    and it still sais "Sorry, the sequrity question answer is incorrect"...

    I'm sorry, but I don't really have much knowledge around these problems, it is a lot more of a support ticket issue, because it's dwelling on personal information.

    If it is still the same security question, and it isn't receiving your input correctly... maybe changing the question itself? Again, I do not know much about this area.
