i know how you feel, my girlfriend, the person i love above all, is on a trip around europe i havent seen her for 1 month and 9 days now, i feel a big pain inside for not being with her, but its no reason to wanna commit suicide... ive been closer to suicide then this much closer...
my advice for you try your best to go and see her, but the worst you could do for her is cause pain to yourself -

The fact someone wants to commit suicide over a girl at the age of 13 on the basis of "love", or whatever he thinks that thing is, sounds a bit idiotic to me. It shows how weak the poor soul was. Harsh, I know, but still amusing nonetheless.
Like I said earlier, I would help him if the problem was severe and not over simple things like this. He's overreacting, crying for attention, and won't man up. I have all the right reasons to be a jack ass to him. -

Thusly, even my good life can be considered worse than his, because, he's really complaining about nothing.
Saying he wants to die over something so trivial is an insult to people who are actually depressed, and or want to kill themselves.
Even laughing at him isn't as heartless as you might think. Few who have these petty problems do kill themselves, and if they did, it was all a complete waste.
If anything I would laugh, but then I get an overwhelming sense of pity, and can't. -

Assisting or practicing ignorance over a potential suicide case is illegal here in the US, (God strike us down) but over something as trivial and pathetic as this, it's not really a bother. Especially considering the OP is just being and attention hoar and likely won't go through with it.
