i dont know for crossfire, but you cant change your password using Internet explorer.
at least for metin it works like this for me.

to change ur password, use Mozilla Firefox.
log in the main site, metin2.z8games.com, go in my account , account management.

What you can do is get your password from your email by answering your security question. Then you can change your pass from there.
