Cant Create a new In-Game Name?!?

hi,

my problem: i had me registered at yesterday but i can´t create an Ingame-Name?!?
CF say´s : Nickname use improper words. I can´t play and i hope, anyone can help me fast!!!

Yeah I have been having the same problem. I put Segeant as a nick name and it says "Improper words in the nickname" or something like that and if I put Hi as my nickname it says its too long.... Need help as well

Got the same problem... Just heard about this game and would like to try it out.

Pretty slack in my opinion as I had this problem last night, they patched the problems today yet this ain't fixed.

It's a free game and they're not fixing a problem which is causing new players to turn another direction, possibly losing them possible customers.

PS: Looking through this forum, barely any technical threads are getting any response from any staff whatsoever. What exactly are they doing? I wouldn't say they're ignoring the problems but a little response would be comforting. Doesn't need to be a wall of text, just a little information on the progress in fixing this problem.
