Can't change bags in new map

i was playing on the new map and i wanted to use my 2nd bag (i have 2 bags, 1 with shovel and another with axe..)

so... when i press "B" just after respawning, guess what... nothing happen... so i gotta finish the game with just 1 bag because the game dont let me change to another bag...

so.. it's a bug or something new for "only knife match/maps"?
