Serious BUG In Item Shop

Today I went to purchase the new character, the NSI, is it?

Anyway, after depositing my ZP via Ultimate Game Card, I went in game to buy the new character.

I clicked on him, as I should have, then clicked purchase.

However, I was somehow given the STAR character, INSTEAD of the new character.

Why is this? I WANT THE NEW CHARACTER, NOT THE STUPID STAR MEMBER!
IM A DUDE! Do not want to play as a Girl .

Can anyone help me?
