How to fix "Failed to load local version" Error.
Having trouble with this:
The CrossFire Patcher v5 error can be Solved by Clicking Here.
That will bring you to this page where you can download an older version of CrossFire.
Click download!
Install this older version of CF and then it will re-download today's patch. Then just play as normal.
This Will Work because I have done this my self.
This is a temporary method of fixing it until Z8Games can do an official Fix.

Dudeeee, didn't work for me. First it said "File is Changed blabla" so i changed the 1064 in the version.ini file to 1066 and tried. It patched half then failed. Now it says "Fail to download patch-list file" HELPPP. Can you tell me what versions are written on your version.ini file in the crossfire folder?
