Pistol ribbon

I know that I have for sure participated in the required 3 or more pistol weeke challenges, however I did not recieve this pistol week ribbon on the day that was previously stated? Was there or is there a problem with this challenge just as there was with the hero ribbon? and yes I have checked other players that I know that also had participated in even more of the challenges that I had and they still did not recieve this ribbon. Is this error in plan to be adressed?

Me too!!! I don't get my ribbon and the nice prizes(5 DE camo crate). I think to fail z8games.
