The hours are strange tuesday 12:01AM to 11:59PM, what is the server time exactly and where do i see it? I'm from Romania, i don't know when to start today's task. My time now is 1:00 pm, what is the equivalent in Z8 hour?

Hello! Uh.. yer i have a problem. Well actually a question and i hope i get an answer for it.
Why didn't i get the 5 anaconda adv crates? I've done about 140+ kills and the rooms were full. (16/16). Well i was on this morning and the crates weren't on my acc so i went to school, came outta the school and what did i see? The crates aren't on my account.
So the question is pretty simple: When will i get the crates?
