Next time follow these steps:
1) Don't nearly have a heart attack when you get a virus, only fail anti virus programs won't stop them.
2) Take a screenshot proving you downloaded and proving it was a virus, you will get zp and they will remove it.
3) Or you could just not agree to the terms and not try to get free zp.
Only 1 thing I ever downloaded for zp was a virus, but it was detected as unwanted software anyways so no risk there. I still sent in a screeny and got my zp though :cool:
